  • How can Payment Link schedules be configured?

    Payment Link schedules can be configured for instant collection, collection on date of arrival or departure, or on a custom date.

  • Do Payment Links expire?

    Yes. Payment Links will expire either 5 days after creation, or 5 days after being paid. This is for security and compliance purposes. Every time a link is shared or edited, this expiration is reset to 5 days.

  • How do hotels receive funds sent through Payment Links?

    The money collected from a Payment Link will be bundled into the next Payout from Station. For example, if a guest pays a payment link on May 17th, the automatic payout initiated later that day will include this money. The money should be available in the hotel’s bank account 24-72 hours after the payout has been initiated.

  • How much do Payment Links cost?

    Hotels can send unlimited Payment Links at no extra cost. Selfbook Station processing fees apply (processing fees vary by country).
